Ace Asphalt may be recognized as doing a good job at maintaining the asphalt but as a resident of a complex they were contracted to seal I would say their planners have no basic math skills. Even in the arial photo the cars that are displaced for 2 days there is 1 free parking space for every 3 cars displaced and they nor the complex provide any solution for resident parking. This provides for complete disgust for the complex business customers.

Hi, Brian. There is no question that having your complex's parking lot re-sealed can be an inconvenience. Parking lots aren't typically designed to accommodate much overflow when a portion has to be shut down for any length of time. Years of experience in developing maintenance plans with facility managers has taught us that while it is impossible to eliminate inconvenience for residents or patrons while we work, focusing on completing the work as quickly as possible while maintaining quality is the best approach. We are sorry for the temporary inconvenience you experienced. We value your constructive feedback and seek to continually improve our processes. If you would like to provide additional details about the project at your complex, please send it to info@aceasphalt.com, and we will review it with the project team.

That must feel pretty good to be recognized as one of the top contractors in this area. Getting this for the third year in a row means you must be doing something right.
