2010 Census Building

Property Ownership/Management

The Project:

Burns & McDonnell was looking for a subcontractor with grading, concrete, and asphalt maintenance experience to help convert an existing property into an administrative site for the 2010 Census.

The Ace Solution:

We fine graded the site for 1,500 sq. ft. of concrete sidewalks leading to the building, installed 1 ADA compliant handicap ramp, 2 door stoops, 13 pipe bollards, 9 light pole bases, 2 checker plate sidewalk drain crossings, 2 guard house pads, and 1 equipment pad. In addition, we re-striped 830 standard stalls, 17 handicap stalls, and 2,200 linear feet of hash out lines.
