The Project:

Due for regular seal coat maintenance, the Hotel Valley Ho was under a tight deadline to have their parking lots seal coated in preparation for the filming of a Hollywood movie.

The Ace Solution:

We thoroughly cleaned and seal coated over 86,000 sq. ft. of asphalt surface area with 2 coats of SunGuard A.E. Pavement Sealer. This area included the east and west parking lots, as well as the front entrance and departure drives. In addition, we re-striped 200 standard parking stalls, 9 handicap stalls, and 4 directional arrows. The work was completed within the rapid schedule needed by the client.
