The Project:

Porter Brothers was looking for an experienced asphalt contractor to assist in the development of a regional office in Casa Grande for their client.

The Ace Solution:

Besides being the lowest bidder, we provided the right experience and solutions to complete the necessary scope of work for this project. We prepared the site by sawcutting and removing existing asphalt and concrete, clearing, grubbing and pre-wetting the site, then mass and fine grading the pads, curbs, hardscapes and landscaping areas. We then paved the site with 2 1/2-inch deep asphalt over 6-inch deep compacted aggregate base course (ABC) in the parking areas, and 3-inch asphalt on 6-inch ABC in the drives. Finishing touches included the striping of 134 standard stalls, 8 handicap stalls, and 177 linear feet of hashout lines.
