+ Application (Click to expand)

Before beginning any new paving project, we will work with you to determine your needs – including any critical pre-phase services to prepare your site not just for a new asphalt parking lot, but also for your entire construction project.
These pre-phase services, including site design and survey, demolition, earthwork or concrete services, prepare your site for the paving process. Then we level and balance the area and apply and smooth the asphalt for your new parking lot or other pavement, readying it for final touches such as parking stall striping, directional lines and arrows, speed bumps, signage and more.

+ Benefits (Click to expand)

Our asphalt paving provides a number of benefits – including superior quality and professional service during every step of your project. While other companies consider asphalt paving just a "phase" of their overall services, asphalt paving is our identity – and we're experienced at every aspect of it.
We can also tailor the thickness and makeup of your pavement according to its size and the amount of expected traffic – so you enjoy great results and a longer asphalt lifespan. New paved surfaces also cost half as much as comparable concrete surfaces and have many more maintenance options available to ensure longevity.

- Available Materials & Options

We use innovative asphalt mixes that are custom-designed to tolerate the harsh conditions of the Desert Southwest climate. We can also customize your paving project to meet your project specifications for a variety of traffic loads and conditions to provide you with optimal performance for an extended product lifespan. Standard options and materials include:

1/2 Inch Mix Design

1/2 Inch Mix Design: This mix is recommended for construction of new asphalt surfaces carrying a mix of traffic, but not heavy loads and stresses on a continuous basis. It offers a balance between pleasing aesthetics, durability, and wear/skid resistance.

3/4 Inch Mix Design

3/4 Inch Mix Design: This mix, which has larger particles of aggregate than our 1/2 inch mix, is recommended for construction of new asphalt surfaces carrying heavy vehicle traffic or continuous heavy loads.

Aggregate Base Course

Aggregate Base Course: Serving as the supporting foundation for the top surface layers, this material may be made of newly quarried rock or recycled asphalt concrete.
