Mike Moertl – President
Mike Moertl began working for the company in 1978. He began his career as a laborer and worked his way up, learning many different facets of the organization and industry along the way. In 1982, Mike was asked to relocate to the Phoenix area from Wisconsin to start and lead production operations at the newly formed Ace Asphalt. His 19 years of experience throughout the company in Phoenix allowed him to effectively step into the role of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2001. Mike was named President in December of 2010, thus ushering in a new era of leadership for the company.
Mike's business experience has given him 31 years of exposure and experience in sales, marketing, customer service, strategic planning, operations, training, safety implementation, maintenance, high-end machinery & equipment purchases, scheduling and employee development.
We have always been satisfied with the quality of the finished product that Ace Asphalt has provided our property over the past 20 years.
